SD15
This efficient 15’ fan moves more air with 3 blades than other fans with 5 blades, thanks to the innovative blade design and high-torque 750 watt motor. The included VFD uses standard 110V input and provides speed and direction control, as well as converting the voltage to 220V 3 phase to the fan motor for efficiency.
SD10
This efficient 10’ fan moves more air with 3 blades than other fans with 5 blades, thanks to the innovative blade design and high-torque 400 watt motor. The included VFD uses standard 110V input and provides speed and direction control, as well as converting the voltage to 220V 3 phase to the fan motor for efficiency.
SD7
This compact 7’ fan is very powerful with a 400 watt Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor and a full-featured VFD to control its speed and direction using only 110V input. Has all the hi-tech blade features as the larger fans, plus the telescoping down rod system.
BLADES
Each blade is constructed of injection-molded polymers (proprietary composition) with 30 patent-pending features including: Trailing-edge graduated serrations, Leading-edge Vortex Generators (VG’s), Raked Blade Tip, and complex built-in pitch contours.
GUY WIRE SYSTEM
Each fan mount has 4 loops to accept a guy wire system. Optional on the 3 blade fans. Included on all HO models. Wires are 9’ long.
CONTROLLER (INCLUDED)
Each controller is IP20. Super Duty Fan's offer an option for an IP67 enclosure box if you need to enclose the controller. Input power is 110v and converts it to 220V 3 phase to the motor. Run a 14/4 wire between the controller and the fan motor. Accepts Fire Suppression System relays. Typically 8”W x 10”H x 8”D. Mounts to wall.Controls on/off, variable speed, and direction (reversible). Factory-set parameters, with ramp up to speed to minimize amp spikes and over-torque.
COLORS
Hubs and down rods are aluminum colored. Motor and mounts are satin black. Blades come black and can be painted with a high adhesion paint, or we can do custom colors for high quantity orders.
WARRANTY
Each fan is warranted for 10 years on the mechanical components, 5 years on the motor, and 1 year on the VFD. Labor is not warranted.
MOTOR
Each motor is a Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), totally enclosed (TE) IP65, direct drive, high-efficiency, with input of 220V 3 phase.
INSTALLATION
We offer installation of fans, please contact us for information. Super Duty Fans fans are designed to be easy to install. They pre-assemble as much as possible for you. The blades come balanced with the attach arms already installed, the hubs come pre-mounted on the motor, and the down rod is telescopic to avoid cutting and drilling.
